This project is very special to me. I made a self-exploration exercise in which I studied the highlights of my experiences, influences and career in order to define my style and themes.
I created these little creatures called MACROBIANS to join me in this personal and professional journey. I made them interact with my characters and landscapes, where isolated women head
to their day-to-day activities.
When I gathered all my influences I realised that Asian fashion and Japanese pop culture
are strongly present in my late work. I saved lots of images from social media seeking inspiration.
Neon and acid colors filled my mood board. My obsession with urban environments and advertising did the rest.
